Initial Intake Evaluation - Naturopathic Consultation
This is a comprehensive intake for all new clients, designed to help you get started on your healing journey. By using various modalities to begin assessing the body and determining the root causes of issues, we will discuss how to best support your body in re-balancing and healing.
Available both in person and virtual. In-person appointments include urine and saliva analysis and are priced accordingly.
Follow-up Naturopathic Consult (virtual or in-person)
After your initial intake evaluation, all subsequent appointments are called Follow-up consultations. Follow-ups are imperative to help monitor your progress and tailor your protocol for the best results and optimal wellness.

Designed for clients who have completed an initial consultation, or those who have completed the RESET + REBALANCE program. It's time to take it to the next level. This 90-day program includes the extra emotional work necessary to further your physical healing. You will also continue the deep dive into physical imbalances to guide your body into balancing Mind + Body + Emotions.
This program consists of 3 naturopathic consult appointments, 6 remote Emotion Code sessions, detailed customized lifestyle/supplement/nutritional suggestions, bonus holistic emotional work handouts, plus free customized flower essence blend to support the work.

The Emotion Code works by using muscle testing to identify emotions that are trapped in the body, often as a result of past traumas or experiences. Once these emotions are identified, they can be released using a simple and non-invasive technique.
